Payment, delivery and returns
We accept payment from both credit and debit cards as well as PayPal.
Credit and Debit card transactions are processed via iZettle, but you don’t need a PayPal account to make an order. We accept all Meastro, Mastercard, American Express, Visa, Visa Electron and Solo cards. An email confirmation will be sent when we have received your payment.
We do hope that you are happy with your purchases, however if you are not, or you have changed your mind, please contact us as soon as possible to let us know by emailing: [email protected] You will be able to return your unopened and unused products to us, however, you only have 14 days to ensure that products are received back to the store. We strongly advise you to return the package via a tracking system as we are unable to take responsibility of parcels that go missing. Payments for returns will be paid for by the customer.
We are not able to offer any refunds on the following, Chocolates + Lattes, Earrings, Greeting cards and Magazines.
Your refund will be processed upon receipt and credited to the customer via the original payment method. Please ensure your dispatch note is enclosed with your returned items.
Postage and packaging charges will not be refunded.
If you have received a faulty item please get in touch within 14 days of receipt. We will do all we can to resolve the matter as soon as possible. For any reason you receive the wrong item we ask that you contact us as soon as possible, via email within 14 days of receipt. We will respond to your email as soon as possible.
Items bought online can be returned to our York store for a refund with proof of purchase but it will be refunded via the same way as payment. Please allow up to 5 days for a refund to show back into your account.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights relating to faulty or mis-described goods or your right to cancel orders under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations.
Shipping and Delivery
We aim to process your orders within 2 working days before dispatch. If you place an order on a FRIDAY it won’t be processed until the Monday. Online orders over the weekend will be processed on the Monday.
Please note that delivery time for UK orders is currently 3-5 working days. However, sometimes during sale periods or other busy periods, deliveries may take longer. If you have not received your delivery within five working days, please contact Noun by sending an email to [email protected]
All parcels will be sent using the royal mail Signed and Tracked delivery service.
First Class £4.58 Once processed 1-2 days delivery
Second Class £3.95 Once processed 3-5 days delivery

We aim to keep our stock records as up to date as possible however, on the odd occasion your item may be unavailable we will contact you via email and offer a full refund or offer an alternative option.
